目的:研究吡格列酮(Pio)抑制内皮素-1(ET-1)引起心肌肥大的机制。方法:在培养新生大鼠心肌细胞中,采用Pio、蛋白激酶C(PKC)通路的激动剂(佛波醇酯,PMA)、PKC的阻断剂白屈菜季氨碱(che)和GW9662(PPARγ的阻断剂)对Pio在ET-1和PMA诱导心肌蛋白质合成中的影响。结果:
