随着我国社会经济的快速发展,数控机床作为先进的机械加工制造设备,在很大程度上满足了我国装备制造业在日常生产中的设备需求。虽然,我国的数控技术和数控装备制造水平有了长足发展,但数控机床在零部件加工过程中的加工精度问题仍然难以得到有效控制。本文通过对数控车床加工精度的影响因素进行分析,提出了一些保证和提高数控车床加工精度的工艺处理方法和优化措施。
With the rapid socio-economic development of our country, CNC machine tools as an advanced machining equipment, to a large extent, meet the equipment needs of our equipment manufacturing industry in daily production. Although China’s CNC technology and CNC equipment manufacturing level has made great strides, but the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools in parts processing is still difficult to be effectively controlled. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors on the machining accuracy of CNC lathe, this paper puts forward some processing methods and optimization measures to ensure and improve the machining accuracy of NC lathe.
