随着我国教育的不断改革,对高等职业教育的要求也不断提高,行政管理教学是高等职业教育中重要的组成部分,因此要提高行政专业的教学能力。高职行政管理教学中存在很多问题,所以要转变教学方式,采用案例教学法可以有效提高教学的能力和水平,提高学生的学习能力。本文对案例教学在高职行政管理专业教学中的应用和优化进行了详细地分析,对提高行政管理教学的质量有重要的意义。
With the constant reform of our country’s education, the requirements for higher vocational education are also constantly increasing. The teaching of administrative management is an important part of higher vocational education. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the teaching ability of administrative major. There are many problems in the administration of higher vocational education, so to change the teaching methods, using case teaching method can effectively improve the teaching ability and level, improve students’ learning ability. This article analyzes the application and optimization of case teaching in the teaching of higher vocational education in detail, which is of great significance to improve the quality of administrative management teaching.
