2009年,教育部颁布的《中小学班主任工作规定》进一步强调了班主任工作的重要性,同时也提出了对班主任培训的要求。上海市闵行区地处城乡结合部,伴随着学校数量的迅速增长,现有的班主任素质已不能满足人民群众日益增长的教育需求。加强班主任的培训,尽快提升班主任队伍的素质成为亟待解决的问题。
In 2009, the Provisions on the Work of Headteachers in Primary and Secondary Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education further emphasized the importance of the work of headteachers and also put forward the requirements for headteachers’ training. Minhang District, Shanghai is located at the junction of urban and rural areas, with the rapid growth of the number of schools, the existing class teacher quality has been unable to meet the growing masses of people education needs. To strengthen the training of the class teacher and improve the quality of the class teacher as soon as possible become the problems to be solved urgently.
