由于信息技术的普及,针对兵器产品种类多、批量大、零件复杂等特点,本文通过研究兵器产品零部件分类和编码要求,分别确定了组部件和零件的分类和编码原则,提出了零部件编码的实现方法,从而实现兵器产品制造信息化,提高了对零部件产品的状态控制,最终实现各企业之间设计、制造、装配的数据信息的交换。
Due to the popularization of information technology, in view of the characteristics such as the variety of weapon products, large quantities and complex parts, this paper determines the classification and coding principles of components and parts respectively by studying the classification and coding requirements of weapon parts, So as to realize the informationization of weaponry manufacturing and improve the state control of the parts and components products, and finally realize the exchange of data information among the design, manufacture and assembly of various enterprises.
