法律意识是法治模式构建、运行与变迁的先导和基础,直接决定和反映着一个地区乃至一个国家的法治状态和法治水平。纵观我国改革开放的发展历程,农民法律意识的形成和培养始终伴随和影响着农村法治化建设乃至我国社会主义法治国家建设的进程。因此,研究当代中国农村法治化进程问题,必然要将农民的法律意识置于其中,关注社会转型过程中农民法律意识的变化及其特点,将法治建设与农民法律意识的提高和法律制度的创新结合起来。
Legal awareness is the forerunner and basis for the construction, operation and change of the model of law. It directly determines and reflects the state of law and the level of the rule of law in a region or even a country. Throughout the history of China’s reform and opening up, the formation and cultivation of farmers’ legal awareness has always accompanied and influenced the process of building the country’s legal system in rural areas and even the building of a socialist country ruled by law.
