Willis 1960曾将细胞瘤划分为三种类型: (1)多发性骨髓瘤:系全身性疾病并波及各种骨骼,血清蛋白异常。尿中出现 Bence-Jones 氏蛋白。(2)孤立性骨浆细胞瘤:病变仅局限于某种特定的骨骼。(3)原发性软组织浆细胞瘤:单发或多发。骨髓外浆细胞瘤极为罕见。复习世界英文医学文献,有关头颈部浆细胞瘤者仅192例。中耳骨髓外浆细胞瘤迄今未见报导。作者报导在非洲坦桑尼亚发现的世界第一例中耳骨髓外浆细胞瘤
Willis 1960 has divided cell tumors into three types: (1) multiple myeloma: systemic disease and spread to various bones, serum protein abnormalities. Bence-Jones protein appears in the urine. (2) Solitary bone plasmacytoma: The lesion is limited to a specific bone. (3) Primary soft tissue plasmacytoma: single or multiple. Extramedullary plasmacytoma is extremely rare. Reviewing the world’s English medical literature, only 192 cases involved head and neck plasmacytoma. The middle ear bone marrow cell tumor has not been reported so far. The authors report the world’s first middle ear apheresis plasma cell tumor found in Tanzania, Africa
