本文对考虑摩擦力时机组动力学方程的求解提出了不同于传统方法的“简化的逐次逼近法”和为满足机组稳定运转周期性条件需修正初始速度的修正方法,并给出了相应的计算格式。计算实例表明,应用文中方法对机组进行动力学分析,其计算工作量比传统的“半步法”减少3/5左右。同时,所述方法可把动力学方程的数值求解统一为一种形式,其计算程序可以通用。
In this paper, the simplified successive approximation method which is different from the traditional method is proposed to solve the dynamic equation of the unit considering the friction and the correction method to correct the initial velocity in order to meet the periodic condition of the unit steady operation is proposed. The corresponding calculation format. The calculation example shows that applying the method in this paper to the dynamic analysis of a unit, the calculation workload is reduced by about 3/5 compared with the traditional “half step method”. At the same time, the method can unify the numerical solution of the kinetic equation into a form, and the calculation procedure can be generalized.
