将声发射(AE)技术应用于砂轮与工件对刀状态的检测上,分析了声发射信号检测砂轮与工件的接触状态的机理,在实验的基础上研究了砂轮与L件不同接触状态时AE信号的幅度变化状况,并利用FFT频谱仪对磨削加工中所获得的AE信号的频谱进行了分析.实验表明;AE法可以检测出0.5m以下的对刀精度,测得砂轮与工件初始接触时所获得的AE信号的频谱范围主要分布在150~300kHz之间.
The acoustic emission (AE) technology is applied to the detection of the tool setting state of the grinding wheel and the workpiece. The mechanism of the acoustic emission signal detecting the contact state between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is analyzed. On the basis of the experiment, the AE Signal amplitude changes, and the use of FFT spectrum analyzer for grinding the AE signal spectrum was analyzed. Experiments show that the AE method can detect the accuracy of the tooling below 0.5m, and the spectrum range of the AE signal obtained when the wheel is in initial contact with the workpiece is mainly distributed between 150 and 300 kHz.
