为研究淋巴管内皮细胞与肿瘤细胞相互作用的分子机理,探讨癌浸润转移的淋巴管内皮细胞的胞内信号传导激活途径,用冰冻切片免疫组化法对8 例直肠腺癌患者的癌周直肠组织和癌周淋巴结进行了检查。结果发现,癌细胞发生淋巴管转移时,淋巴管内皮细胞pp125FAK 阳性,免疫反应产物位于内皮细胞胞质内。说明癌细胞的淋巴管转移与淋巴管内皮细胞pp125FAK 的表达有关
In order to study the molecular mechanism of the interaction between lymphatic endothelial cells and tumor cells, we investigated the intracellular signaling activation pathway of lymphatic endothelial cells infiltration and metastasis of cancer, and used frozen section immunohistochemistry for the pericutional rectum in 8 patients with rectal adenocarcinoma. Tissue and lymph node metastases were examined. The results showed that when lymphatic metastases occurred in cancer cells, lymphatic endothelial cells were positive for pp125FAK, and the immune reaction products were located in the cytoplasm of endothelial cells. It shows that the lymphatic metastasis of cancer cells is related to the expression of pp125FAK in lymphatic endothelial cells.
