重瓣榆叶梅是落叶灌木榆叶梅的一个变种,具有开花早、花期长、花朵大、颜色鲜艳等特点,是一种观赏价值很高的园林绿化、彩化树种。但是,由于它雌雄蕊退化,不能正常结实,无法用种子实生繁殖。生产上只能用分株法、压条法和嫁接法进行繁殖,但这些方法费工费时,且繁殖率很低,使重瓣榆叶梅的苗木生产受到限制。为此,作者试验成功了一种绿枝扦插育苗法,成活率80％以上。现介绍如下:
