我国医院感染管理工作在启动阶段和快速普及发展阶段均卓有成效 ;但在发展中也出现某些管理中的缺陷。 90年代末期 ,卫生部采取修订《医院消毒技术规范》和《医院感染管理规范》、全国医院感染监测网的转址及卫生部医政司全国医院感染管理工作研讨会的召开等措施 ,将医院感染监测、控制、培训与管理紧密结合 ,并明确现阶段的工作任务 ,使我国医院感染管理工作步入规范化、标准化、系统化管理 ,以取得医院感染管理工作的进一步发展而将获得更大的成效。
