】用PHOENICSCFD软件做主模块,配以用VanLeer法解析守恒标量方程的子模块,可有效获得二维和三维液流充填型腔过程中的流动信息。通过对三维型腔充填过程的数值模拟,证明采用商品软件,配以上述子模块,既省时又适应性强。对压铸条件下的二维流动问题采用层流模型和紊流模型计算的结果表明,尽管充分发展的紊流K-ε模型在物理上不完全适合充填过程,但其计算结果比层流模型更符合实际情况。
Using PHOENICS CFD as the master module, coupled with VanLeer’s method of analyzing the sub-modules of the conservation scalar equations, can effectively obtain the flow information in the two-dimensional and three-dimensional flow filling cavities. Through the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional cavity filling process, it is proved that the use of commodity software and the above sub-modules are both time-saving and adaptable. The results of laminar flow model and turbulence model for the two-dimensional flow problem under die-casting condition show that although the fully developed turbulence K-ε model is not physically fit for the filling process, its calculation results are more than the laminar flow model In line with the actual situation.
