将亚甲绿混合在碳糊中制成化学修饰电极对肾上腺素(Ep)的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,降低Ep氧化过电位400mV。该电极用于流动注射分析(FIA)能大大提高Ep的检测灵敏度。其线性范围为1.0×107~5.0×104mol/L;检测限为1.0×108mol/L(0.25pmol,S/N=3)。经过6d连续测定,响应值仅下降 18%。
Mixing methylene green in carbon paste to make chemically modified electrode has good electrocatalytic activity for the epoxidation of epinephrine (Ep), and decreases Ep oxidation potential of 400mV. The electrode for flow injection analysis (FIA) can greatly improve the detection sensitivity of Ep. The linear range was 1.0 × 107 ~ 5.0 × 104mol / L. The detection limit was 1.0 × 108mol / L (0.25pmol, S / N = 3). After 6 days of continuous measurement, the response value decreased only 18%.
