自从1982年国务院发布《锅炉压力容器安全监察暂行条例》和1981年原国家劳动总局颁布《压力容器安全监察规程》以来,劳动人事部锅炉压力容器安全监察局和各企业主管部门采取了行之有效的相应措施,从而大大地提高和改善了我国压力容器安全技术管理工作水平,解决了历史遗留下来的有关压力容器危险因素的大量问题,使事故率逐年大幅度下降,为我国社会主义建设事业顺利进行提供了可靠保障。
