工人文化宫、俱乐部是职工参与文化活动的主要阵地、场所,是党与工人阶级,工会与群众密切联系的桥梁和纽带,是工会组织发挥教育功能、娱乐功能的主要阵地。
Workers’ Cultural Palace and Clubs are the main positions and places for employees to participate in cultural activities. They are the bridges and ties between the party and the working class, trade unions and the masses. They are the main positions for trade unions to exert their educational functions and entertainment functions.
