2009年教育部为加强中小学规范管理,出台了《关于当前加强中小学管理规范办学行为的指导意见》,对于落实课程计划、规范教学时间、控制学生课外作业时量、规范考试次数、规范学生用书等作了相关的规定。在多年教学实践中一直不断地探索、研究,对英语课堂教学这方面体会较深,因此结合自己的课堂教学,就如何提高英语教学质量谈一些体会和看法。
