用电镜鉴定泡桐丛枝病的带毒苗,用圆盘聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析病苗、带毒苗与健康苗之间的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的差异。结果表明,带毒苗与健康苗的酶谱无差异,都表现为9条酶带,病苗酶谱表现出10条酶带。
The electron microscopy was used to identify the virulent strains of Paulownia witches’ broom, and the difference of peroxidase isozymes between the infected and the healthy seedlings was analyzed by disc polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there was no difference in the zymogram between the infected and the healthy seedlings, and all of them showed nine bands. The zymogram of the diseased seedling showed 10 bands.
