为观察不同年龄Wistar大鼠一侧睾丸切除后,另侧案丸的代偿性反应(CTA),通过光镜、电镀和显微图像分析其代偿睾丸的组织学变化特征,采用放免法测定血清性激素浓度,以期揭示不同年龄睾丸受损后代偿反应的变化规律。结果:仅10、20天龄大鼠的另侧睾丸重量、体积较对照有明显增大(P<0.01),生精细胞和非生精细胞均出现肥大、增生,且细胞超微结构有退化变性改变。血清FSH高低与CTA明显相关。本研究表明:实验鼠在一侧睾丸受损后,另侧睾丸将发生CTA,且年龄越小越显著,而性成熟鼠的睾丸将不出现CTA。年龄是影响CTA的重要因素之一。
