当前西部农村基础教育建设寄宿制学校,实质上是我国西部农村基础教育的一次历史性“重组”。这次“重组”的战略意义和历史意义就在于必须是一步到位,不仅要解决学生“上学难”的问题,更重要的是为学生提供“优质教育”的问题。那么,当前西部农村基础教育寄宿制学校的建设是否一步到位了呢?在一步到位中存在哪些困难呢?怎样才能一步到位呢?本文作了大量的调查与思考。
At present, the boarding schools in western rural basic education are essentially a historic “reorganization” of the rural basic education in western China. The strategic significance and historic significance of this “reorganization” lie in that it must be in place step by step. It is not only necessary to solve the problem of students’ difficulty in attending school, but more importantly, to provide students with “quality education.” So, the current western rural basic education boarding school construction step in place? What are the difficulties in one step? How can we get one step? This paper made a lot of investigation and thinking.
