本文应用pH法研究了在70%(V/V)乙醉-水溶液中,温度为37℃±0.1°,离子强度为0.10(KNO_3)条件下,钙(Ⅱ)与维生素D_3(VD_3)和L-半胱氨酸(CyS)的混合配合物形成作用。结果表明,钙(Ⅱ)与维生素D_3和L-半胱氨酸形成相当稳定的1∶1∶1型混合配合物。从配合物分子内配体间的疏水作用讨论了这种高稳定性。应用所得的实验结果对维生素D_3在生物体内促进钙的吸收作用进行了简单讨论。
In this paper, the effects of calcium (Ⅱ) and vitamin D_3 (VD_3) and vitamin L_3 (L_ (3)) in 70% - cysteine (CyS) mixed complex formation. The results showed that calcium (Ⅱ) forms a fairly stable 1: 1: 1 mixed complex with vitamin D_3 and L-cysteine. This high stability is discussed from the hydrophobic interaction between the ligands in the complex molecule. Application of the experimental results obtained on vitamin D_3 in vivo calcium absorption to promote a simple discussion.
