艺术班的学生普遍存在行为习惯差和学习态度差的习性,艺术班的班主任工作开展很艰难,这是众所周知的,而高三艺术班的班主任工作更是难上加难,在学生结束艺术课高考,返校参加为期三个月的文化课学习期间,班主任既要纠正学生的不良行为习惯,开展德育工作,又要狠抓学生的文化课学习,以确保学生文化课高考顺利,实现学生的大学梦。作为一名连续四年担任高三艺术班班主任的教师,现就如何在短时间内开展班级管理工作,实现预期目标,谈谈自己的一些认识。
