高校图书馆电子期刊数据库绩效评价受评价内容、特点和电子期刊数据库固有特性等方面因素的影响,而各影响因素不能都以定量的形式体现。文章以定性分析和定量分析相结合的思路,采用层次分析法确定指标体系及权重,给出了高校图书馆电子期刊数据库绩效评价的方法,并进行了评价验证。该评价体系具有可行性和指导性,对高校图书馆电子期刊数据库的建设与完善起到一定的指导作用。
The performance evaluation of university library e-journal database is influenced by the contents and characteristics of the e-journal database and the inherent characteristics of the e-journal database, but not all of the influencing factors can be reflected in quantitative form. In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a combination of ideas, the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the index system and weight, given the university library e-journal database performance evaluation methods, and conducted evaluation. The evaluation system is feasible and instructive, which plays a guiding role in the construction and improvement of the database of electronic periodicals in university libraries.
