目的:探讨结肠癌转移相关基因1(metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1,MACC1)在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化EnVinsion法检测MACC1蛋白在88例食管癌组织中的表达,统计学分析MACC1蛋白在不同病理分级、TNM分期中表达的差异性。结果:免疫组化结果显示MACC1蛋白的阳性表达主要位于胞浆中。MACC1蛋白在食管癌组织中的总阳性率为88.64%;在I、II、III级食管癌组织中的阳性率分别为14.29%、93.65%、100%,经Kruskal-Wallis H检验差异性非常显著(P=0.0000);在I、IIa、IIb、III期食管癌中的阳性率分别是16.67%、89.47%、100%、100%,经Kruskal-Wallis H检验差异性非常显著(P=0.0000)。结论:MACC1蛋白在食管癌中呈过度表达,其表达与病理分级、TNM分期相关,提示MACC1可能在食管癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。MACC1蛋白可能成为检测食管癌的发病及判断预后的生物学指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression of metastasis-associated in colon cancer-1 (MACC1) in esophageal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of MACC1 protein in 88 cases of esophageal cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical EnVionion method. The differences of MACC1 protein expression in different pathological grades and TNM stages were statistically analyzed. Results: The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression of MACC1 protein mainly located in the cytoplasm. The positive rate of MACC1 protein in esophageal cancer tissues was 88.64%. The positive rates of MACC1 protein in esophageal cancer tissues were 14.29%, 93.65% and 100% respectively, and the difference was significant by Kruskal-Wallis H test (P = 0.0000). The positive rates in stage I, IIa, IIb and III esophageal cancer were 16.67%, 89.47%, 100% and 100%, respectively. The Kruskal-Wallis H test showed significant difference . Conclusion: MACC1 protein overexpression in esophageal cancer, its expression and pathological grade, TNM staging, suggesting that MACC1 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. MACC1 protein may become one of the biological indicators to detect the incidence of esophageal cancer and prognosis.
