一、企业管理具体职能的演变关于企业管理的具体职能论述各异,但其论述的客观依据都是公认的,即一是大机器生产的特点,二是生产中人的作用。而争论的热点则在于对这两个客观依据的理解上,一种倾向于从管理工作的角度加以论述;另一种则侧重于从管理过程予以观察。前者被称为垂直方向,后者被称为水平方向,它们是和划分具体职能的两个客观依据相对应的。垂直方向研究,在实际工作中较多的体现在机构设置上,而水平方向研究主要是解决理论问题,这显然比垂直方向研究更深了一步。目前,具体职能的划分采用水平方向研究的居多。
