在热重分析仪和固硫实验台上,研究了钙基固硫剂在空气中煅烧和烟气中煅烧的不同特性,分析了升温速率、反应终温、固硫反应对煅烧特性的影响,并从宏观上给出了解释。本文的目的在于探讨固硫剂煅烧反应的定性规律,为实际燃烧设备中选择固硫剂、确定固硫剂的最佳运行工况提供参考。
In the TGA and SERS experiment platform, the different characteristics of calcium-based sulfur-fixing agent calcined in air and calcined in flue gas were studied. The effects of heating rate, final reaction temperature and sulfur fixation on the calcination characteristics were analyzed. And macroscopically gives an explanation. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the qualitative law of the sulfur-fixing agent calcination reaction and to provide a reference for choosing the sulfur-fixing agent in the actual combustion equipment and determining the optimum operating conditions of the sulfur-fixing agent.
