The teratogenic problem of chemicals in industrial production has attracted widespread attention at home and abroad. There are many organic compounds such as carbon black, organic amines, and chloroprene in the rubber production environment. Some are known human carcinogens such as nitrosamines, beta-naphthylamines. Some are suspected carcinogens, and some are still unclear. Therefore, rubber workers’ cancer problems have attracted attention both at home and abroad. Monson’s (1978) survey of rubber workers showed that certain cancers in certain jobs are relatively high, and their observed/expected ratios are: Gastrointestinal cancer in the rubber manufacturing industry is 30/14.4, and lung cancer is cured in tires.
