随着我国国民经济的不断发展和对交通基础设施投资力度的不断加大,我国高速公路的建设赢得了长足的发展。作为高速公路重要组成部分的高速公路服务区也获得了难得的发展机遇,因其高速公路上的车流量的日益增多,加上封闭式管理带来的强制性和垄断性,高速公路服务区的商业价值迅速增加,开发和利用的潜力也越来越大。如何在一个更高的层次上、更长远的跨度上,来思考服务区未来发展,为高速公路交通运输创造更好的环境,是服务区管理者必须思考的问题。
