目的:探讨Fox M1基因与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的相关性。方法:选取东莞市石碣医院2015年1月至2016年6月收治的GDM孕妇和正常孕妇各100例,分别记为GDM组和正常组,分别测定两组孕妇妊娠24~28周、34~36周以及分娩后的6~24 h空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胎盘催乳素以及空腹胰岛素、Fox M1 m RNA和Fox M1蛋白表达水平,此外GDM组患者还需在经过治疗后血糖正常且稳定1周后采集空腹血液标本测定上述指标,比较两组孕产妇上述指标的差别。结果:GDM组孕妇治疗前和治疗后空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白均高于正常组,空腹胰岛素则低于正常组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组孕妇不同时期催乳素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常组孕妇Fox M1 m RNA和Fox M1蛋白表达水平均高于GDM组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Fox M1 m RNA和Fox M1蛋白的低表达与孕妇GDM具有相关性,可以作为GDM患者的早期诊断标志物和治疗分子靶点。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between Fox M1 gene and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: 100 cases of GDM pregnant women and normal pregnant women who were treated in Shijie Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and recorded as GDM group and normal group respectively. The gestational ages, 36 weeks, 6-24 hours after delivery and fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, placental prolactin and fasting insulin, Fox M1 m RNA and Fox M1 protein levels, in addition to GDM group after treatment should be normal and stable blood glucose for 1 week Fasting blood samples collected after the above indicators, the difference between the two groups of maternal indicators. Results: The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of pregnant women in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal group before and after treatment, and the fasting insulin was lower than that in normal group (P <0.05). The levels of prolactin in pregnant women in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal group , The difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The normal pregnant women Fox M1 m RNA and Fox M1 protein expression levels were higher than the GDM group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The low expression of Fox M1 m RNA and Fox M1 protein is correlated with GDM in pregnant women, which may serve as an early diagnostic marker and therapeutic molecular target for GDM patients.
