以下已拆除的房屋的土地使用权已被我局依法收回,房屋的登记权利人未在三十天内向我局申请房地产权变更(注销)登记,根据《深圳经济特区房地产登记条例》第十四务、四十七条,我局已经迳为注销以下房屋的房地产权登记,现予以公告。
The land use rights of the demolished houses below have been recovered by our bureau in accordance with the law. The owner of the house registration fails to apply for the alteration (cancellation) registration of the real estate right with the Bureau within 30 days. According to the “Regulations of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone for Real Estate Registration” Article 47 Our office has already announced the cancellation of the real estate rights registration of the following houses.
