我国是一个文化历史悠久的国家,不知何时,我们开始更加关注外来文化,看到他们在世界舞台上大放异彩,于是乎就认定,人家的一切都是先进的。这在农机行业,也普遍存在,尽管有时候我们抱着满腔的爱国热忱不愿意承认。原因很简单,跨国农机巨头,带着先进的技术和管理理念进入中国市场,他们甚至牢牢占据中国农机的中高端市场,这是我们中国农机行业需要学习的地方。可是,笔者以为,我们也应该保持自己的一份文化和理念,而不是照抄照搬。
As China is a country with a long history of culture, I do not know when we started to pay more attention to foreign cultures and saw them shine on the world stage. As a result, all people in our country were advanced. This is also widespread in the agricultural machinery industry, though sometimes we are unwilling to admit it with full patriotic enthusiasm. The reason is very simple, multinational agricultural giants, with advanced technology and management concepts into the Chinese market, they even firmly occupy China’s high-end agricultural machinery market, which is China’s agricultural machinery industry needs to learn. However, I think, we should also maintain their own culture and philosophy, rather than copying copy.
