采用 60 Co照射小鼠免疫抑制模型 ,初步观察生精补血汤对受照小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :该方可提高受照小鼠脾脏抗体形成细胞释放的溶血素量 ,促进外周血血清溶血素生成 ;提高迟发超敏反应程度和T淋巴细胞增殖反应能力 ;增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ;促进IL 1、IL 2生成。提示该方可拮抗射线造成的免疫损伤 ,促进受照小鼠免疫功能恢复 ,具有免疫增强和射线防护作用 ,为进一步探讨生精补血汤的作用机制提供实验依据
Using 60 Co irradiation mouse immunosuppression model, preliminary observation of Sheng Jing Bu Xue Decoction on the immune function of mice exposed. The results showed that this method can increase the amount of hemolysin released from the spleen antibody-producing cells of irradiated mouse, promote the production of serum hemolysin in peripheral blood, increase the degree of delayed hypersensitivity and the ability of T-lymphocyte proliferation, and enhance the macrophages in mice. Phagocytic function; promote the production of IL 1, IL 2. It is suggested that this prescription can antagonize the immune damage caused by radiation, promote the recovery of immune function in irradiated mice, and have immune enhancement and radioprotection, providing experimental basis for further exploration of the mechanism of Shengjing Buxue Decoction.
