目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合益气通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:将2012年2月至2015年3月期间收治于该院的冠心病心绞痛患者90例为研究对象,采用电脑数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组45例以及对照组45例。其中观察组患者采用阿托伐他汀联合益气通脉汤加减治疗。对照组患者单纯采用阿托伐他汀治疗。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效为95.56%(43/45);而对照组则仅为82.22%(37/45),观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对于冠心病心绞痛患者而言,在给予患者治疗的过程中选择采用阿托伐他汀联合益气通脉汤治疗效果确切,可对患者的心绞痛症状起到良好的改善作用,临床中值得推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of atorvastatin combined with Yiqi Tongmai decoction in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: Ninety patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) by computer numerical randomization method. The observation group patients were treated with atorvastatin combined with Yiqitongmai Decoction. Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin alone. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients treatment. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 95.56% (43/45), while that of the control group was only 82.22% (37/45). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, the treatment of patients with choice of atorvastatin combined with Yi Qi Tong Mai Tang treatment effect is exact, can play a good role in improving the patient’s angina pectoris, the clinical worth Promote use.
