In October of the year 85, I participated in a class of business management cadres jointly organized by the Shanghai Municipal Government and the West Baden-Württemberg State Government. After more than seven months of theoretical studies and foreign language training in the country, in the last six weeks, all of our trainees had the privilege of traveling to Baden-Württemberg in West Germany to conduct in-depth investigations and understanding of each company. Although the time is shorter, the scientific management methods of West German companies, as well as the advanced industrial production, modern urban construction and people’s high standard of living, have left a deep impression on me. When I was practicing in Germany, I was a group with Comrade Han Jinfu from Shanghai Nonferrous Metals. We first intern for three weeks at ALUSINGEN (hereinafter referred to as ALU). This is an aluminum product company, which mainly produces special aluminum and aluminum plates.
