《冶金安全》编辑部: 《冶金安全》1979年第2期介绍了冶金部安全技术研究所研制、北京冶金安全仪器厂生产的SA—401卷扬机讯号显示仪。此仪器在克服卷扬机信号错发、误听方面起到了很好的作用,也为讯号与主机连锁创造了条件。但仪器本身还存在一个技术问题,即在仪器通电开机后不能自动置零,要手动置零后才能投入运行。这不但不合惯例,而且在使用中如果偶然停电,将造成连锁失效。例如:若信号工给出“2”信号后突然停电,而信号工又未关机,当来电后机房里仪
