从事医院收费工作多年,深知医院门急诊收费现金存在极大的风险,有的医院已经暴露出挪用、贪污或卷款而逃的案例以及发生门急诊现金遭抢劫事件等。至今,有的医院财务管理者警醒,而有的仍掉以轻心,依然不重视不管理。事实上,门急诊收费现金存在较大安全隐患,在此,阐明医院门急诊收费现金存在的风险以及应对的办法,再次提醒并向医院财务管理者敲响警钟。
Engaged in hospital charges for many years, well aware of the hospital outpatient and emergency pay cash there is a great risk, and some hospitals have been exposed embezzlement, corruption or flee flee cases and the occurrence of emergency cash robbery and so on. So far, some hospital financial managers wake up, while others still take it lightly, still do not attach importance to no management. In fact, there is a big security risk in the cash paid for outpatient and emergency services. Here, we clarify the risks of cash out of hospital outpatient and emergency services and the ways to deal with it. We remind and alert the hospital’s financial managers once again.
