本文对ZG35CrMnSi钢进行了铸后不同等温淬火工艺的热处理,对金相组织及机械性能进行了分析比较,并对工艺参数与金相组织、机械性能之间的关系作了初步探讨,结果表明;ZG35CrMnSi钢铸后经均匀化退火,在880℃下加热340℃下等温淬火,200℃回火后,得到的金相组织为下贝氏体,对应的机械性能指标为:HR_c40~45,σ_b1600MPa左右,A_k值可达50J以上。
In this paper, the heat treatment of ZG35CrMnSi steel after different isothermal quenching was carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG35CrMnSi steel were analyzed and compared. The relationship between the technological parameters and microstructure and mechanical properties was discussed. The results show that: ZG35CrMnSi steel after homogenization annealing, heated at 880 ℃ 340 ℃ isothermal quenching, after tempering at 200 ℃, the resulting microstructure is lower bainite, the corresponding mechanical properties as follows: HR_c40 ~ 45, σ_b1600MPa or so , A_k value of up to 50J or more.
