1984年我们引进吉林省插秧机厂生产的2ZT-935型连杆式机动水稻插秧机,在使用中,发现该机的分插机构不稳定。原设计是,当定位离合器手柄在分离位置时,分离装置能控制栽植臂离地面15厘米以上停止工作,便于机器转弯和田间空行时不损坏栽植臂。但在实际工作中,定位离合器手柄放在分离的位置上,栽植臂也能抬起,但还是下滑,起不到分离作用,使插秧机拉着插入泥中3~4厘米的分离针转
