创业板企业高管大批离职,引起社会各界普遍关注,究其原因,很多人认为是源于高管套现。但是这一观点仅是大众猜想,缺乏理性、深入分析,可能存在被夸大的情况。本文对创业板高管离职原因进行深入分析,发现“套现”可能仅仅是高管离职的原因之一,其他的原因还包括,正常离职、身体原因离职和业绩下滑引咎辞职等。
