案例背景:对于教师而言,每个学生的气质类型和自身条件决定了他们有各自的内在潜力,就像挖不完的各种矿藏,有的是铁矿,有的是金矿,有的是石油矿。就像要用不同的开采方法对待不同的矿产品一样,教学也不能用单一的方法来对待所有的学生。在教学中应破除思维定势,关注学生个体差异,现将笔者运用数学思维提高体育课堂教学效果的实践案例分析归纳如下:
Case Background: For teachers, each student’s temperament type and their own conditions determine that they have their own inherent potential, like various mineral deposits that cannot be finished, some are iron ore, some are gold mines, and some are petroleum mines.
