我矿有两台XKT型卷扬机(竖井、斜井各一)。每台卷扬机有8个闸瓦,从1976年9月投产以来,闸瓦破裂损坏严重。新闸瓦使用不到一个月,甚至几个班就破裂了,因此,经常被迫停车更换闸瓦。鉴于上述情况,我们对闸瓦的使用情况,进行了多次的现场观察和对大量破裂闸瓦的分析表明,闸瓦的材质是石棉塑料,强度很低。闸瓦用六个沉头铜螺钉固定在平滑的钢制衬板上,
My mine has two XKT hoist (shaft, inclined one each). Each hoist has eight brake shoes, put into operation in September 1976 since the brake shoe rupture damage.
