四川仪表十四厂压铸车间熔化铝原来是烧焦的坩锅炉,燃耗高(1000公斤焦炭/吨铝):熔化周期长,熔化300公斤铝要4个小时;坩锅消耗平均每月1.5个;污染严重,劳动强度大、操作条件恶劣。该厂在扩建压铸车间时,由日本引进了压铸生产线的主机.熔铝炉由国内配套。由于该厂所在地区没有天然气,又不准用电或烧油,只有以煤(原煤)为燃料。该厂委托我公司设计制造一台400公斤燃煤熔铝炉。技术要求该炉达到无污染,节能、劳动强度低,操作条件好。熔炉的技术装备水平要与日本的主机相配套。设计制造了“节能型”无污染燃煤熔铝炉。该炉已建成投产,经过半年来的生产实践考核,
