目的建立水中呋喃丹的气相色谱测定法。方法样品经二氯甲烷提取,丙酮浓缩后,采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,流动相为高纯氮气(99.999%),流量为26 ml/min,氢气(99.999%)流量为30 ml/min,空气流量为60 ml/min,程序升温,进行气相色谱分析。结果在0.1~10.0μg/ml线性范围内,所得回归方程为y=22.0x-0.205,相关系数为0.999 6,该方法的检出限为0.24μg/L,平均回收率在99.0%~100.8%之间,RSD在0.4%~1.8%之间。结论该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,简便,快速,准确,适用于水中呋喃丹的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of carbofuran in water. Methods The sample was extracted with methylene chloride. After the acetone was concentrated, the HP-5 capillary column was used. The mobile phase was high purity nitrogen (99.999%), the flow rate was 26 ml / min and the hydrogen flow rate was 30 ml / min. The air flow was 60 ml / min and the program was warmed up for gas chromatographic analysis. Results The linear regression equation was y = 22.0x-0.205 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6. The detection limit was 0.24 μg / L and the average recovery was between 99.0% and 100.8% Between the RSD 0.4% ~ 1.8%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple, rapid and accurate and is suitable for the determination of carbofuran in water.
