一.引言实现遗传法控制和根除害虫已有25年的的历史了。遗传控制害虫是生物防治中的独有方法,它是通过释放遗传上已发生变异的害虫来控制其自身的繁衍,也就是说这些方法是以自我消灭的方式进行的。人们所熟知的自灭法就是一种昆虫不育技术(SIT),它是一种被认可的控制或根除害虫的方法。与化学防治法相比,遗传法具有无可比拟的专一性和安全性,因为在生态系统中受所释放的不育昆虫影响的只有这种昆虫本身,且不使用化学农药。虽然
I. INTRODUCTION The 25 years of history of genetic control and eradication of pests have been achieved. Genetically controlled pests are the only methods of biological control that control their own reproduction by releasing genetically altered pests, that is, they are self-destructing. Known as the self-extinction method is a sterile insect technique (SIT), which is a recognized method of controlling or eradicating pests. Genetic methods have unparalleled specificity and safety compared to chemical control methods because only the insects themselves are affected by the released sterile insects in ecosystems and no chemical pesticides are used. although
