目的建立枸芪复肾丸质量标准。方法将枸芪复肾丸中枸杞子、黄芪、当归采用薄层色谱法进行定性检测,对处方中君药黄芪中有效成份黄芪甲苷以及臣药当归中有效成份阿魏酸采用高效液相色谱法进行定量检测。结果在薄层色谱中能检出枸杞子、黄芪和当归;含量测定中黄芪甲苷在1.978~9.890μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995);阿魏酸含量在0.05~0.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993)。结论建立的分析方法简便可行,专属性强,可用于枸芪复肾丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Chinese medicine Qifushen pill. Methods Fructus schisandrae Fructus, Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis were qualitatively detected by thin-layer chromatography in the extract of Astragalus membranaceus and Astragalus membranaceus from Astragalus membranaceus, Law for quantitative testing. Results Wolfberry, Astragalus membranaceus and Angelica sinensis could be detected by TLC. The content of Astragaloside in the range of 1.978 ~ 9.890μg was good (r = 0.9995); the content of ferulic acid was in the range of 0.05-0.5μg Good linearity (r = 0.9993). Conclusion The established analytical method is simple and feasible with high specificity and can be used for the quality control of Wolfberry Fushen pill.
