本文报导了Nb-10Hf-1Ti合金(C_(103))焊接接头室温及高温拉伸机械性能。进行了焊后不同温度的真空退火和二次退火对焊接接头机械性能的影响的研究。对不同温度热处理的焊缝的拉伸断口进行了宏观和微观电镜断口观察分析。指出900℃真空退火对焊接接头机械性能有不利影响,1200℃高温退火或二次退火可得到具有稳定的良好机械性能的焊接接头。
This paper reports the mechanical properties of Nb-10Hf-1Ti alloy (C_ (103)) welded joints at room temperature and high temperature. The effects of vacuum annealing and secondary annealing at different temperatures on the mechanical properties of welded joints were studied. The tensile fracture of heat-treated weld at different temperatures was observed by macroscopic and microscopic electron microscopy. It is pointed out that the vacuum annealing at 900 ℃ has an adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the welded joints, and the welded joints with stable and good mechanical properties can be obtained by annealing at 1200 ℃ or secondary annealing.
