现在,民营经济中的中小企业竞争激烈是客观事实,这些企业如何突围呢?专家认为应从以下几方面着手:很多企业从一开始就没有明确定位自己的核心市场在哪里,总是胡子眉毛一把抓,哪里的市场都想占领,结果什么都得不到。作为小企业,总是受制于本身的规模和资金,所以,不要贪多,只有用心且专一地去开拓自己所熟悉的本地市场,才可能使企业存活下来,谋求下一步的发展。第一,占领本地市场,巩固根据地。
