讨论咽侧径路切除舌根部、咽旁肿块的优越性。方法 :回顾分析 1998～ 2 0 0 0年中南大学湘雅医院口腔颌面外科收治的 8例经咽侧径路切除舌根部、咽旁肿块病例。结果 :咽侧径路切除舌根部、咽旁肿块能保持术野清晰 ,术后并发症少 ,临床疗效满意。结论 :咽侧径路不失为一种理想的切除舌根部及咽旁肿块的手术径路。
Discuss the superiority of pharyngeal approach to remove tongue root and parapharyngeal mass. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 1998 and 2000 Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery admitted 8 cases of pharyngeal approach to remove tongue base, parapharyngeal mass cases. Results: Pharyngeal approach to remove the tongue base, parapharyngeal mass can maintain a clear operative field, less postoperative complications, clinical efficacy satisfactory. Conclusion: The pharyngeal approach is an ideal surgical approach to remove the tongue base and parapharyngeal mass.
