在教学快速发展的今天,英语教学开始应用多元化的教学方法,不再应用单一的灌输式模式,希望由此来提升教学成绩。分层教学是新时期的一种教学手段,在很多课程教学中都能够产生较大的积极作用,一方面减少固有的矛盾和冲突,另一方面帮助学生更好的消化知识,力求在学生成绩、能力等方面,获得多重的提升。分层教学在初中英语阅读课堂当中,具有较高的可行性,并且能够促使教师的教学思维发生明显的转变。文章就此展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
