复方甘草合剂沿用已久,疗效尚好,因而有深入研究的必要。据晚近报导,有人对该处方的组成不合理部分进行改革等。本实验目的是对配制该处方的加氨溶液量进行研究。配制复方甘草合剂时,需添加浓氨溶液作为稳定剂,以防止甘草流浸羔(主药)内所含的甘草甜素,即甘草酸的钠、钾、钙盐,遇酸(主要是方内的亚硝酸乙酯醑所致)水解后析出甘草酸沉淀: 甘草酸↓+NH_4OH—→甘草酸铵(可溶)+H_2O
